Any one who joined the military since the Korean War probably wound up with a neural implant. This includes white people from the south. Most of the police and firefighters in this country have been in the military.

There are 2 issues on the internet that use the word "remote". One is remote viewing, the other is remote sensing. I think remote viewing is a cover story for something. People who practice remote viewing say they can see what's happening in far distant places with ESP or something. Remote sensing in the term NASA uses for the technology in satelittes that senses phenomena such as infrared light, electro-magnetic waves and others.
